■業務内容
バイオ製法による食品素材開発を目的として以下業務を担当いただきます
・食品素材の分離・精製・製品化およびその製造プロセス開発に関する実務
・研究開発に必要な文献調査
・報告書、実験ノート等記録の作成と報告
・グループ運営に関する各種役割の遂行

必須要件
◇学歴：大学院（修士）卒以上

◇スキル：
・分析、分離、単離精製、相分離などのプロセス化学関連
・化学工学
・HPLC等の分析、解析
歓迎要件
・食品製造にかかわるレギュレーション知識、実務経験
・分離・精製・製品化プロセスのスケールアップ技術
