＊商標権などの取得・管理・運用に関する業務（弁護士・弁理士との折衝含む）

＊エンターテイメントコンテンツビジネスに関する国内及び国際契約法務業務を10年以上有する方
＊製作委員会（共同事業）幹事会社としての契約法務、ステークホルダーとの折衝、権利処理経験
＊知的財産権（特に著作権・商標権・不正競争）の基礎知識
＊海外企業とのビジネスの知識、経験、実務レベルの英語力がある方（英語に加えて中国語・韓国語などの語学力がある方は尚可）
＊弁護士・弁理士などの外部専門家との折衝経験
