【業務内容】
・不動産証券化私募ファンド用に設立されたSPCの事務受託業務でのSPCの会計税務業務。

Required Skills
【必須条件】
・税理士資格、または会計士資格の保有者、或いは、税理士または会計士の資格試験の受験経験者で、経理（会計税務他）実務（3年以上）の経験。（英語力は不問）
・会計チームのリーダーとして、顧客（不動産投資顧問業者等）、監査法人、会計税務事務所や、所属部署内の他チーム（対顧客（会計税務以外担当）チーム、資金移動業務チーム）と連携しながら、業務を遂行できるコミュニケーション力を有する方。
【歓迎条件】
・会計/税理士事務所での不動産証券化SPCの会計税務業務の経験。
・税理士資格試験で法人税法又は消費税法の科目合格済の方
・不動産関連取引で生じる消費税実務経験
・金融機関等での証券化関連ファイナンス実務全般の経験者。
・不動産証券化マスター資格の保有（資格登録維持費用の会社負担制度あり）
