創薬研究に供する IT システムの開発に従事するソフトウェアエンジニアです。研究業務の効率化や解析データの利活用を実現するためのシステム構築および保守を担当して頂きます。具体的には、以下のような業務を想定しています。
・試験データや臨床データなどを扱う、研究に関する社内アプリケーションの内製開発。
・システムを AWS あるいは Google Cloud 上で稼働させるためのクラウド設計・実装・運用。
・脆弱性の解決やパッチ更新など、システムをセキュアに保つための継続的なメンテナンス。など

Required Skills

・Python 3 系を用いたバックエンドアプリケーションの開発経験。
・AWS あるいは Google Cloud についての利用経験。
・リレーショナルデータベース（PostgreSQL Oracle MySQL など）を用いた開発経験。
・Git を用いたチーム開発の経験。
・ウェブアプリケーションのアーキテクチャやセキュリティに関する基本的な知識。
・上記に加え、以下の経験・スキルをお持ちの方を歓迎しますが、全てを満たす必要はありません。
・応募要件の各技術における 3年以上の実務経験。
・システム開発やセキュリティに関する資格。
・コンテナ技術（Docker Kubernetes）を用いた開発経験。
・ネットワークに関する知識、運用経験。
・データサイエンス、機械学習、生成 AI を活用したソフトウェア開発に従事した経験。
・オープンソースソフトウェアに関する活動経験。
・TypeScript React を用いた Web アプリケーションの開発経験。
・創薬領域における研究開発の知識や経験、あるいは興味をお持ちの方。
