Required Skills
■必須条件：
・10年以上のラグジュアリー化粧品ブランドでのPR、コミュニケーション職の経験必須。
（シニアPRコーディネーター職は、５年以上のラグジュアリー化粧品ブランドでのPR 、コミュニケーション職の経験必須）
・英語力（ビジネス会話、目安としてTOEIC800点または同等の実務遂行能力）
・高度なコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル
・洗練されたプレゼンテーションスキル（資料の可視化以外にも口頭による発信力、傾聴力）
・トレンド、カルチャー、ファッション、ビューティなどへの高い感度と興味
・クリエイティブマネージメントの経験と高いスキル
・チームマネージメントの経験（２人以上の部下を３年以上監督した経験）
※シニアPRコーディネーター職は、チームマネジメント経験不問
・チームワークを重んじる方
・PCスキル（PowerPoint Word Excelそれぞれ中級以上）
・社内システムを習得できる方（イントラネット活用、経費精算ツール、Eラーニング等）
