■Dynamics365を利用した顧客データベースや商談管理のデジタル化推進を通した営業力強化
■新造船の契約締結から引渡しまでの販売管理プロセスの標準化やデジタル化企画
■ 営業活動や事務業務における各種非効率業務の洗い出しとプロセス改善の推進・支援
■営業担当者の育成プログラムの作成や定着化につながる各種施策の検討・実施 ■RPAやPower Apps等を活用した、各種業務改善活動の支援 等
