森林事業を展開する海外事業会社に出向し、現地駐在員として森林管理（持続可能な森林経営をするための伐採・植林の計画・実行・進捗管理等）、社内報告・調整、各種経営課題の改善に向けた取り組みを担います。

現在、インドネシア、パプアニューギニア、ニュージーランドの3ヵ国で約24万haの森林を管理しており、各国の地域特性を生かして、それぞれ異なる樹種や伐期、利用用途の森林事業を実施しています。
