■海外案件（特に現地企業とのJV関連）:現地企業との合弁事業創成業務
■戦略投資分野（M A）:戦略法務としての戦略提案等業務
■SR/IR分野: ガバナンスや株主対応関連業務
変更の範囲:当社が定める基幹業務全般
