■当該採用ポジションにおける職務概要：
・日米の会計基準の調査・管理（会計処理）、新規会計基準適用対応、複雑な取引に対する会計処理の検討及び、新規ビジネス（新規商品、企業買収、関連会社設立等）に係る会計処理方針の策定
・会計処理、報告プロセスの構築、事業部門からの要請に基づく各種プロジェクト対応
・公認会計士との契約締結並びに委託事項の管理、外部監査対応窓口、財務報告に係る内部統制評価に関する事項（内部監査部所管業務を除く）への対応
・経理部内の他課に対する業務支援※決算業務含む

Required Skills
【必須要件】
・決算業務経験者（目安6年以上）、又はBig４監査法人での監査業務又は会計アドバイザリー業務経験者
・プレゼンテーション、口頭、書面、対人における優れたコミュニケーションスキルを有する方
・英語力（英文資料作成、英語でのWeb会議参加等）
【歓迎要件】
・公認会計士（JICPA）又は米国公認会計士（US CPA）の資格保有者
・日商簿記１級合格者
・金融機関での決算業務経験者（目安6年以上）
