・顧客価値を抽出するための定性調査活動をサポートし、必要に応じてコーディネートだけでなくインタビューにも積極的に参加
・プロダクトマネージャーの仕様策定支援（特に、プロトタイプを活用したPoC活動）を効率的に進行
・社内外の関係者と連携し、製品開発を推進。また、組織内の関係各所をリード

Required Skills
■必須条件
・新規事業やプロダクト／プロジェクトマネジメントの経験：5年以上
・ソフトウェアまたはハードウェア分野での実務経験：3年以上
・スタートアップ等、変化の激しい環境で役割変化に対応した経験と、能動的な姿勢
・優れたコミュニケーション能力、チームコラボレーションする力
・ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語力
■歓迎条件
・PMPなどのプロジェクトマネジメント関連資格
・ハードウェアとソフトウェアの両方を組み合わせたプロダクトの開発経験
・自動車業界または関連業界での業務経験
・工学、コンピューターサイエンス、マーケティング、経営学などの修士号保有者
