■ミッション（3本柱）
（１）海外事業の業績管理
管理会計を軸に各事業のP/L・計画進捗を読み解き、分析・示唆出し・会議体の推進を担う。
（２）海外事業の新規事業推進
事業立ち上げ／新市場展開に関わるプロジェクト管理（事務局、アジェンダ設計、意思決定の見える化）
（３）海外事業の成長戦略立案
事業成長に向けた課題対応、体制・構造の整備、改革に向けた提案
■主要業務内容
・海外事業の管理会計・計数資料（主に損益）を読解・分析し、計画策定、レビュー
・経営者会議の事務局運営（フォーマット整備、議事、ToDo・Decisionログ整備、フォロー）
・新規事業の提案・推進・プロジェクト管理（WBS、リスク/課題・依存関係管理、関係者調整）
・既存海外事業の運営サポート／課題対応

Required Skills
【必須条件】
・管理会計の基礎理解とP/Lの読解・分析力、および基本的な計数資料の作成スキル
・ビジネス英語の実務経験（ネイティブレベルは不要。月次定例会議等の英語会議に違和感なく参加できる程度）
【歓迎要件】
・経営・管理系業務の経験（関係者間の調整、進捗・課題管理、事務局運営など）
・新規プロジェクト、新規ミッションの推進経験
【必須資格】
・第一種普通自動車運転免許
