日本における約1～2年間の研修後、インドへ赴任いただき、生産部門の責任者として部門運営全般を担当いただきます。
取引先は、自動車や医療、食品、家電等の各メーカーです。
・生産計画の立案・進捗管理
・品質・コスト・納期（QCD）の最適化、改善活動の推進
・製造現場の安全衛生管理
・生産技術・工程改善の推進
・部門メンバーの管理・指導
・他部門との連携・調整 等
