Required Skills
【必須（MUST）】
・構造物の設計経験（発注者側または請負側）
※鋼橋、建築鉄骨、造船等の鋼構造物設計経験者が望ましい。
・（文章の読み書きができる程度の）英語力
【歓迎（WANT）】
・技術士
・一級土木施工管理技士
・部下、後輩の指導を担ってきたご経験
・Bladed、OpenFAST、Flex5、BhawCなどの解析プログラムでの風車‐基礎一体の連成解析（空力弾性解析）
経験（風車メーカーのコントローラー情報が公開されていない中、NREL等の標準風車を基に、適宜チューニング検討でれば望ましい）
