◇グローバルコンプライアンス体制強化
・コンプライアンス委員会の事務局運営、社内規程の整備、
・社内コンプライアンス相談・内部通報対応、教育・啓蒙、国内外の事業会社管理支援
◇贈収賄リスクのマネジメント
・パートナーデューディリジェンスを含む取引審査、各種モニタリング、当局からの調査対応
◇トレードコンプライアンス
・安全保障貿易管理、制裁スクリーニング

・企業における法務・コンプライアンス関連の実務経験（5年程度）

・コンプライアンス事案・内部通報対応、贈収賄防止体制構築、安全保障貿易管理、または制裁スクリーニングいずれかの実務経験
・海外弁護士等と専門性の高いコミュニケーションが可能な英語力
・弁護士資格（海外の資格を含む）保有者
