◆業務内容
●顧客インターフェースとステークホルダー管理（主な責任）
・取得から SOP まで、プロジェクトのすべてのフェーズを通じて JOEM 顧客の主要な技術連絡担当者として機能します。
・カスタマーエンジニア、プロジェクトリーダー、技術上の意思決定者と強固な信頼関係を構築し、維持します。
・技術的な議論、問題の追跡、進捗状況のレビューなどを含む定期的な顧客会議を主導し、促進します。
・不確実性や遅延を防ぐために、顧客との技術要件、変更、範囲の調整を早期に明確にします。
・双方向のコミュニケーションの架け橋として機能し、顧客の期待と社内開発チーム間の透明性と整合性を確保します。
・顧客のエスカレーションを管理し、積極的に社内リソースを調整して解決を促進し、顧客満足度を維（HPC）

Required Skills
◆基本条件
・電気工学、コンピュータサイエンス、または関連する技術分野の学士号または修士号。
・自動車製品開発において 8 年以上の経験があり、顧客対応プロジェクトで強力な役割を担っています。
・部門横断的なエンジニアリング チームの管理または主導の経験。
・日本の OEM 企業で技術リーダーとして働いた実績のある経験。
・日本語が堪能で、ビジネスレベルの英語でのコミュニケーションが可能。
・強力なステークホルダー管理、交渉、調整スキル。
