新規創薬合成技術を用いた新薬候補化合物の創出において、メディシナルケミストとして創薬標的の選定への関与，化合物デザインとCROでの合成，社外との共同創薬プロジェクトの実施等に従事していただきます。
・メディシナルケミストの視点から創薬標的の選定に関与。そのために必要な情報調査（論文や特許など）
・HiSAP を用いた化合物デザイン。そのために必要な情報調査（論文や特許など）
・デザインした化合物をCROへ委託合成（主に海外CRO）
・CROへ合成の助言
・プロジェクトの進捗管理（合成，スクリーニング，薬理評価，安全性評価）
・メディシナルケミストとして新薬候補化合物の導出活動に参加
・HiSAP を用いた社外との共同創薬プロジェクトを主導
・メンバーと分担して必要な対応を実施
