子会社運営における業務全般。業務の一例は以下の通り
・事業計画の策定/推進
・各種規程の策定、内部統制関連（J SOX等）業務
・案件審査等の営業支援
・ポートフォリオ管理（データマネジメント）
・財務/経理関連業務（決算対応支援や資金調達支援）
・子会社横断の本部連携業務の推進（デジタル化推進、新規事業開拓など）
