・市場動向や競合分析を基にした戦略提案
・グループ内のシナジー効果を最大化するための金融事業戦略の検討
＜ガバナンスとリスク管理＞
・各個社のガバナンス体制の評価と改善提案
・リスク管理フレームワークの構築と運用
・内部監査のサポートとフォローアップ
＜モニタリングとパフォーマンス評価＞
・各個社の業績モニタリング
・KPIの設定とパフォーマンス評価
・定期的なレポート作成と経営陣への報告
