法務第一課にて適性を見ながら、業務にご従事頂きます。
【主な業務内容】
・和文、英文契約書の審査、作成
・法律相談対応、紛争対応、訴訟対応
・M Aを始めとする法務業務
・子会社管理体制の構築や会社規程の整備、社員研修、コンプライアンス対応等
※在宅勤務について
社内制度上、入社半年後から週２回まで在宅勤務可能となっております。
