主な業務内容は以下の通り。

・戦略策定・実行:
当社の中長期的な戦略を策定し、経営陣への提案や実行を行う。
・資金調達:
資金調達の計画・実行を行い、企業の財務健全性を確保する。
・アカウンティング:
トランズアクションプロセスを構築する。
財務諸表の作成・分析を行い、経営陣への報告を行う。
・プロジェクト管理:
戦略的プロジェクトの進行管理を行い、目標達成を支援する。
・社内調整:
各部門との連携を図り、戦略の実行を支援する。
・社内規定・ルールの策定:
ガバナンスや人事等において効果的な社内ルールを策定し、業務の効率化を図る
