〈業務内容〉
■国内鉄鋼メーカーを中心に高機能なステンレス・特殊鋼を仕入れ、国内外の取引先への供給・販売する業務を担当。脱炭素やDXなどの分野においては、グループ内の連携を活用し、新規ビジネスにも挑戦。
■当初は既存のお客様・案件を引き継いでいただきながら当社の商売・ルールに慣れていただき、その後担当業務を広げながら、国内商売と貿易の両輪での活躍、また組織をまとめる役割も期待。
■メーカーと顧客の間に入る立場であるため、交渉・調整にあたるところがこの仕事の難しさでもありやりがいでもあります。
商社パーソンとして自己の裁量をもって1つの仕事を作り上げていくことができるのが、魅力であり楽しさです。
