海外の各種プラント（ガス処理・LNG・石油精製・石油化学・化学など）プロジェクトにおける建設工事（シビル工事、配管工事、メカ工事、電気工事、計装工事、塗装保温工事、及びこれら工事に必要な仮設設備）の建設管理・計画業務
（1） 建設工事の計画
（2） コンストラクションマネージャーとしての工事遂行・監理業務
（3） 顧客・工事会社との折衝

Required Skills
【必須要件】
・以下（1）または（2）
（1）2年程度の海外実務経験、建設工事管理経験を有すること
（2）海外で、工事監督、積算、管理者等の建設工事管理業務の経験を有する方
・英語力（英文仕様書・技術レターの読解が可能なこと）
・海外勤務経験者優遇
・ゼネコンなどでプロジェクトマネージャーやサイトマネージャーをされていた方
【英語力】
・TOEIC600点以上あるいは同等の英語力を有し、英文報告書・レターの読解・作成ができ、顧客・パートナーを含む社内外のステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーションが可能な方
