【職務内容】
・企業買収、資本出資など国内外の各種投資や提携案件支援
・製品供給契約、代理店契約、業務委託契約などの契約審査を中心とする契約リスク管理
・国内における訴訟の追行、裁判外紛争への対応
・グループ内の訴訟・紛争のモニタリング
・独禁法、個人情報保護法、金商法などの法律問題に関するアドバイス
【担う役割】
多様な案件につき、配点された案件を、独力で取り扱うことを基本としつつ、
法務室又は直属の上司の指導、助言、確認を随時得ながら検討し、
法務の観点から、損失の最小化と利益の最大化のための助言を提供する。

Required Skills
【必須条件】
・企業法務経験
・実務経験 5年以上（主任職 3年以上）
・法学部卒業、または法科大学院修了、司法試験受験などそれに準ずる経験
・ビジネスレベル英語/TOEIC 800点以上
大型案件の大部分は海外となります
・口頭、筆記とも 正確な言語での表現力
・大卒以上
【希望スキル】
・企業法務の実務経験 特に製造業（ヘルスケアであれば尚可）
・弁護士資格（国内外）
