グローバルQAの中核メンバーとして、中長期の品質保証戦略を策定・推進し、会社のビジョン実現に向けた品質向上の取り組みをリードしていただきます。具体的には、
・グローバル規模での品質保証に関わる新規プロジェクトや施策の立案から実行までをリード
・国内外のグループ会社や関連部門と連携し、横断的な課題解決やプロセス改革を推進
・中期経営計画に基づく品質保証組織の強化・最適化を計画し、実現に導く
・経営層やステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、戦略的な品質保証体制の構築に貢献

・製薬企業でのGXP* QAまたはGXP*業務の経験
（*GXP:GMP GCP GLP CSPV MA GQP等）
・グローバル・他部所・他社を巻き込んだ新規検討案件や改善案件の施策立案及びプロジェクトリードの経験
・英語力（英語での会議において、適切に応答し、自分の発言が理解・納得されるレベル）
・大学卒（理系学部）
経験・スキル ＜あれば望ましいもの＞
・プロジェクトマネジメントのスキル・経験
・コミュニケーション能力、対人折衝力、協調性、積極性、課題突破力、誠実さ
・文章作成能力、パワーポイント等を用いた可視化能力
・大学院修了（修士以上）
・薬剤師
・TOEIC750点以上
