・Support NPD and TT projects across Hair Care and Laundry categories
・Establish and validate manufacturing processes to ensure OTIF launches
・Act as the technical interface between R D and Supply Chain
・Lead plant trials scale up and production start up activities
・Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing technical issues
・Drive continuous improvement in efficiency quality and waste reduction
・Maintain accurate and compliant technical documentation

・Ability to stay in Shanghai for extended periods and travel internationally
