■本社（大阪）において、海外食品メーカー向けに添加物・素材等のソリューション型提案営業。営業施策の企画・立案。出張等の商談を通じた販売活動。海外営業部の管理。
海外各エリア担当者を取り纏める管理職候補として、施策の進捗管理や行動管理、営業担当者の指導・育成もいずれ担っていただく想定です。
■入社後の具体的な業務として
・海外の大手食品メーカー向けに、現地法人・海外代理店を通じて、各種食品添加物・食品素材等の提案施策の立案
・現地法人・代理店を通じ、取引先のニーズのヒヤリング、サンプル提出、採用に至るまでの営業活動、及び本社内の研究部署との調整・協働
