契約書レビュー、法的リスクの分析、各種法務相談対応
外部弁護士との連携・折衝
グローバルリーガル業務（域外適用の法令への対応等、クロスボーダーで問題となりうる法的事案について、海外現法のコンプライアンスオフィサーと連携して対応）
注1:グローバルリーガル業務は、英語力その他適性を見極めた上でご担当いただく可能性がありますが、必須ではございません。
注2:経験および適性に応じ、リーダー（業務統括）／管理職候補としての登用も検討いたします。

日本の弁護士資格
金融機関（特に資産運用会社）での職務経験
金融商品取引法・投信法に関する知識
スピーキング含めたビジネスレベルの英語力
