■業務内容
・資金調達戦略の策定と推進: 適切な資金調達戦略策定、投資家（海外・国内）との交渉リード、VC、CVC、政府助成金、金融機関等からの資金調達等
・技術開発への投資管理: 技術開発プロジェクトの予算管理やリスク評価、効率的な資金配分支援等
・財務戦略の策定と推進: 企業の財務目標を達成するための財務戦略策定、推進等
・財務管理: 資金の運用管理、資本構造の最適化、キャッシュフロー管理等
・財務報告の監督: 財務報告プロセス監督、会計基準に準拠した正確な財務報告の提供等
・リスク管理: 財務リスクの評価と管理を行い、会社の健全な財務状態を維持
・内部統制強化：内部統制システムの見直し
・監査法人対応：外部監査人との連携、監査プロセスの遂行
