■職務内容および責任範囲
・サステナビリティ関連データ（定量・定性情報）の収集・整備・管理
・各種フレームワーク（SSBJ、TCFD、CSRD等）に基づくデータマッピングと構造化
・日経独自のESGスコア構築に向けたデータ基盤やBIツール（Tableau、Power BI等）の設計・運用
・社内関係部門（リサーチ部門、日経リサーチなどのグループ会社、日系NEEDSなどの他プロダクト）との連携による横断的なデータ整備・連携基盤の構築

Required Skills
■必要な（MUST）経験・スキル
・ESGや気候変動に関する専門的知識、および主要な開示フレームワーク（TCFD、SSBJ、CSRD等）への理解
・ESG分野におけるデータマネジメント経験（事業会社、コンサル、ベンダー等）
・日本語・英語ともに高いビジネスレベル（目安：TOEFL iBT 100／IELTS 7.5 程度）
・ExcelスキルおよびBIツール（Tableau、Power BI 等）の実務使用経験
・データベースやデータ基盤に関する理解（SQLやETL設計の基本理解含む）
■歓迎する（WANT）経験・スキル
・サステナビリティ関連の資格（例：CFA Institute Sustainability Certificate等）
・CSRD、SSBJなどの制度対応に関する実務経験
・ESG評価・データベンダーとの連携経験、またはESGデータの分析・加工経験
