■海外案件を中心に、欧州など各国のESG関連法規制対応や行政・企業間での訴訟・トラブルに関して、会社としての情報開示方針や法務戦略策定・コーディネートなど、経営と法律の観点から社内外を巻き込みリードいただきます。
1）各種契約書の検討、審査、交渉（M＆A、JV契約、権利保全等のライセンス契約、研究開発契約等技術契約など）
2）各種提携・連携、M＆A案件に対する法的サポート、海外関連会社の法務相談対応
3）ESG関連法規制に対する情報開示および重要法務リスクへの対応方針策定、展開
4）海外における訴訟や紛争、トラブル対応（戦略・方針の構築、検討、実行）
5）社外弁護士や社内関係者との協議、連携
※ 海外拠点との会議は日中に対応します。必要に応じて国内外への出張もあります。
