【必須要件】
医薬品ヘルスケアサービスビジネスに関する知財訴訟担当者として、製薬企業、法律事務所または特許事務所での実務経験が5年以上
【望ましい要件】
以下に挙げる経験・知識・スキルのいずれかを有する方を特に歓迎します。
1. 弁理士（弁理士試験合格者含む）の資格を有する方
2. 国内外代理人の弁護士・弁理士から成る訴訟対応チームをコントロール・マネジメントしながら、各国の訴訟業務を管理・遂行させる能力を有している方
3. 米国ANDA訴訟、欧州異議申立について、複数の担当経験を有している方
4. 係争解決のための和解案立案、和解交渉経験を有している方
5. ディスカバリ―手続を理解し、外部ベンダーと共に証拠収集を遂行していける方
6. デポジション手続を理解し、外部弁護士と共にデポジションを遂行していける方
7. 中国での係争に際し、公証実験、証拠保全などをリード、サポートした経験を有する方
