【職務内容】
主に戦略議論を通じた事業領域の最適化において中心的な役割を担っていただきます。
・事業ポートフォリオに対する経営幹部メンバーのコンセンサス形成
・各事業の責任者・戦略担当者とのコミュニケーション（海外メンバーを含む）
・経営報告に必要な成果物のアウトライン/フォーマットの設計と展開
（成果物の言語は基本的に英語）
・経営資源の配分に関するガイドライン/ルールの作成
上記に加えて、以下の成長戦略に関するその他のイニシアチブの推進にも関与していただきます（範囲と役割は応相談）
・新規事業領域の探索/開発、新興国地域に対する戦略の明確化、組織強化など

Required Skills
【必須条件】
・企業の経営テーマ（役員以上の関与、複数部門との連携、中長期目標の推進など）において中核的な役割を担った経験
・ビジネスファイナンスに関する基礎理解
（経理・財務バックグラウンドは必須ではありませんが、財務数値から事業課題を把握できる能力が必要です）
・海外メンバーとのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
（サポートなしで大半のコミュニケーションを自身で完遂できるレベル）
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC850点相当以上）
・部下のマネジメント経験（人数は問いません）
・大卒以上
