海外グループ会社の財務会計・管理会計体制の強化をリードする責任者候補のポジションで、経営陣と直接連携しながら海外グループ全体の経理財務ガバナンスと係数管理を推進していただきます。また、今後の海外事業拡大に伴う、M Aや新規拠点設立等の支援をリードいただくことも期待しています。
【 主な業務内容 】
・メンバーマネジメント
・欧州事業の立ち上げに伴う、現地グループ会社の管理体制構築および運営
・海外グループ会社の会計基準（USGAAP、IFRS等）に関する会計論点の整理と、現地法人と連携した課題解決
・M A、新規拠点設立、会計システム更新等のプロジェクト推進、および関連する財務・管理会計オペレーションの構築支援

・ビジネスレベルの英語力（会議、交渉、資料作成が可能なレベル）
・Excelを用いた高度な数値分析スキル（VLOOKUP SUMIFS ピボットテーブル等）
