法務部にて、商事法務・契約法務を中心とした法務業務のマネジメントを担当いただきます。
チームで分担しながら、以下のような業務領域を推進していますが、ご経験に合わせてマネジメントする担当領域を決定します。
・株主総会・取締役会の運営支援および株式関連法務
・社内外の法制度に関する調査・対応・支援
・社内規定・規則の制定・改廃
・官庁への許認可申請・届出・報告、登記関連業務
・国内外の契約法務（ドラフティング、レビュー、交渉支援）
・M A、事業提携、新規事業立ち上げ等における法的支援
・法的紛争・訴訟への対応
・コンプライアンス体制の構築・推進（贈収賄防止、独禁法等）
・法務業務プロセスの改善、リーガルテックの活用推進
