・ER案件の傾向分析と、組織課題への改善提案
・複雑な従業員対応で、ビジネス部門・コーポレートER・法務と連携
・中国・日本におけるER関連プログラムの構築（グローバルERチームと協働）
・重要かつ緊急度の高いER案件への迅速対応（プロジェクト業務とのバランス管理が重要）
