仕事内容
日本法人におけるファイナンス機能全体を統括し、事業成長とオペレーションを財務面から支援していただきます。
カントリーマネージャーおよびAPAC CFOと連携しながら、グローバル方針を踏まえた意思決定と実行を担うポジションです。

主な業務内容

• 月次・四半期・年次の財務管理、会計、税務、キャッシュフローの統括

• KPI（利益、運転資本等）のモニタリングおよび改善推進

• 予算策定、フォーキャスト、業績分析を通じた経営支援

• 内部統制および財務報告プロセスの構築・運用

• 税務対応、銀行・監査法人とのリレーション管理

• 為替リスク管理、税務上の機会やインセンティブ活用

• グローバルツール・ERPのローカル導入および運用管理

• 管理部門業務（人事、給与、保険、社内規程管理など）の統括

Finance Manager

Take full ownership of finance operations for the Japan entity.

Overview
You will lead the entire local finance function, partnering closely with the Japan Country Manager and APAC CFO.
This role combines strategic finance, operational control, and people management in a flat and collaborative global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management including accounting, tax, cash, and controlling

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis

• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with group and local standards

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders

• Identify financial risks and opportunities, including FX and tax incentives

• Lead implementation and proper use of global finance tools and ERP systems

• Oversee local administration including payroll, HR operations, and company policies

【応募資格】

• 財務、会計、経済、経営関連分野の学士号

• ファイナンス領域での実務経験5〜7年以上

• 予算管理、フォーキャスト、業績分析の実務経験

• 英語での業務遂行が可能なコミュニケーション力

【Qualifications】

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration

• 5–7 years of experience in finance or financial management roles

• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

• Business-level English communication skills
