仕事内容
世界中のユーザーと日本をつなぐ「越境事業」のカスタマーサポート業務です。
日本語、繁体字、英語を用いた問い合わせ返信業務（チャット・メールメイン）
本人確認書類（パスポート等）の照合・確認作業
その他、付随する事務作業 ※問い合わせ対応時には翻訳ツールも併用するため、正確なニュアンスの確認・修正が中心となります。
