- オンサイトデリバリーチームの立ち上げ・育成・運営
- プロジェクト進行管理、課題解決、品質・納期管理
- クライアント窓口としてニーズ抽出・調整・関係構築
- 既存アカウントの成長戦略立案と関係強化
- 日本市場向けデリバリー部門の予算管理・マージン管理
