※インド人園⾧の補佐的立場
※グルガオン園の園児の定員は 400 人(初年度 75～100 人を想定)
■職務内容
-日本式教育の担当（言語や文化、礼儀、精神的な部分も含む）
-クラス運営計画の作成と実行
-インド人教員の教育計画作成・教育品質維持のための仕組み作り、現場での指導
-日本関連のイベントの企画・進行
-保護者対応
-日本人サポート(保護者・園児)
