Senior Financial Controller (Multinational Service Industry)

Our client, a well‑established multinational company within the service industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and drive strategic financial improvements. This role partners closely with senior management and regional finance teams to ensure strong governance, accurate reporting, and effective business decision support.

Position: Senior Financial Controller

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting aligned with local working procedure. 

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles through Hyperion in coordination with regional teams 

• Develop and refine annual business plans, closing routines, and financial control processes 

• Provide financial analysis to support business growth, profitability, and management decision‑making 

• Support cash‑flow improvements, DSO management, and ensure correct tax reporting

• Build productive cross‑department relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer finance teams 

• Delivering finance training aligned with corporate financial principles

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance or financial management within multinational environments.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, cost management, and cash‑flow processes.

• Experience with Microsoft, and strong Excel proficiency 

• Excellent command of English (written & spoken)

• Preferred qualifications: ACA / ACCA / CPA
