Job Description
Our client is a well-known company in the logistics sector, currently seeking an Operations Manager to oversee transportation and trucking operations and support business growth.
Salary: 80,000 - 150,000 THB (Negotiable)
Location: Bang Na Trad area
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily logistics and trucking operations to ensure efficiency, cost control, and service quality.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows, on-time deliveries, and high customer satisfaction.
Support the implementation of operational plans aligned with business goals.
Monitor fleet performance, resource allocation, scheduling, and route optimization.
Assist in preparing quotations, service proposals, and operational solutions for customers.
Work with sales and customer service teams to support new business opportunities.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and transportation standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or trucking operations.
Strong knowledge of road transportation, fleet management, and logistics processes.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to travel for site visits and operational support when needed.
