A technology‑driven organization is seeking an AI Team Leader to lead its core AI team in developing foundational AI/ML capabilities. The role covers end‑to‑end involvement in AI initiatives, from concept to production, contributing directly to impactful real‑world AI solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor AI engineers in researching and developing advanced AI/ML models, especially Generative AI.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI into internal and customer-facing platforms.
• Design scalable and robust AI system architectures.
• Propose new AI initiatives and ensure alignment with the latest industry trends
• Coach junior team members to strengthen internal AI expertise.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. 
  5+ years of AI/ML development experience, including min 2 years in technical leadership.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, or LangChain.
• Experience deploying AI models in production.
• Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.]
• Strong communication in English, leadership, and system-thinking skills
• Experience with AI APIs
• Experience building AI systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
