日系メーカーにてASEAN人事責任者をサポートいただくポジションです。
マレーシアの人事実務を担当しながら、ASEAN 全体の人事ガバナンス・制度設計などにも携わっていただき、将来的にはキャリアアップの可能性もございます。
■マレーシア法人の人事業務、ASEAN 人事ガバナンス支援
■評価・等級・報酬制度の設計・運用支援
■タレントマネジメント・後継者計画 など
【勤務時間】
平日 09:00 – 18:00
【選考フロー】
2回（オンライン・対面面接）
【必須条件】
■人事領域での実務経験が7年～12年程度あり、将来的にリージョナルHR 責任者を目指す方
■評価制度、等級制度、報酬・福利厚生、いずれかにおける実務経験
■ビジネスレベルの英語力（ASEAN 各国HR との実務対応あり）
■国内外出張が可能なこと
【歓迎条件】
■ASEANに関わる人事業務経験者、HRBP・人事企画経験者
