Job Description
「コンサルティング事業」「食品・資材流通」「人材派遣・マネジメント」など、グループ内の物流・管理・支援機能を担う日系専門会社にて、マレーシア進出推進の中核メンバーとなるCFO補佐（次期CFO候補）を募集いたします。
マレーシア・クアラルンプール市内
（KL中心部より車で約20分）
日本本社へのレポーティング体制強化が求められることから、将来のCFO候補を採用を予定しています。
CFO候補（将来の経営幹部）まず2〜3年は現CFOのアシスタントとして実務を学び、
現CFO退任後、CFOとして経営を担っていただきます。
- 従業員：約400名
- 管理部門：約20名（経理4〜5名）
買収先の企業および買収後のグループ体制において、CFO を補佐しながら親会社との連携強化、ガバナンス体制の構築、経営管理の高度化を推進するポジション。
月次業績管理・連結決算サポートに加え、経営層へのレポーティングやKPI 設計、取締役会運営など、経営管理
の中核機能を担っていただきます。
企業価値向上に直接関わる、非常にやりがいの大きいポジションです。
応募条件＜必須要件＞- 経理・財務分野（実務・管理業務を含む）経験10年以上
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
経営理念への共感が

- 連結決算・PMI経験者
- 公認会計士資格
- マレーシアでの就労経験・在住者
- 海外勤務経験をお持ちの方
給与
経験・能力による（目安：〜RM20,000程度）
勤務時間
- 月〜金： 8:30〜17:30
- 隔週土曜：8:30〜12:30
