入社時は EVP / VP / GM のいずれかとして着任し、米国およびメキシコ事業の統括を担当。候補者の経験値に応じて、1〜1.5年以内にCEOへ昇格いただきます。
職務内容
米国・メキシコ工場の統括（営業、生産、原価、品質、購買など）
販売価格の決定、財務諸表レビュー、経営戦略立案
原材料調達・サプライヤー交渉・購買承認
経営層との顧客折衝（会食・工場案内など）
日本本社との定例会議参加、日本出張（年2回）
応募資格
日本語ネイティブ、英語ビジネスレベル以上
金属・鉄鋼系製造業での工場長・GM 以上の経験
原価・財務に関する実務スキル
多文化環境での経営コミュニケーション力
米国ジョージア州ロームへの赴任が可能な方
勤務地 ジョージア州ローム
給与 ポジションにより変動します
EVP：US$180,000–200,000
VP：US$140,000–160,000
GM：US$130,000–140,000
※半年ごとに業績連動ボーナス支給あり
