Job Description

POSITION TITLE Technical Engineer (Feeding Equipment)

 

POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you will support the deployment and technical operation of feeding equipment across the North American market, handling commissioning, troubleshooting, competitive analysis, technical documentation, and product localization in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Deliver technical support for TMR mixers, feeding vehicles, and intelligent feeding systems, including commissioning, troubleshooting, system tuning, and customer training

  • Support equipment installation and deployment across North America while working closely with dealers and large-scale dairy farms

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, analyze customer requirements and equipment performance data, and provide technical input for product improvement

  • Create, maintain, and update technical documentation such as operation manuals, maintenance guides, and training materials

  • Work with R&D teams on product localization and support compliance with regional regulations, certifications, and technical standards

  • Provide technical expertise to the sales team, participating in customer meetings, technical evaluations, and solution development for strategic projects

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience

  • Educational background in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), agricultural machinery, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or livestock engineering

  • Strong knowledge of TMR feeding equipment, hydraulic systems, drivetrains, mechanical structures, or electromechanical systems

  • Hands-on experience with field commissioning, technical service, and advanced troubleshooting; ability to travel within North America

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented, collaborative mindset

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment

 

LOCATION Ontario, California

 

SALARY USD80,000-120,000 (based on experience and skills)
