ITサポート領域における収益率改善
アップセル／クロスセルを目的としたアカウントプランの策定・管理
新規サービス戦略策定（ビジネスプランニング）
売上・利益目標の達成管理
既存顧客担当 1名
新規顧客担当 4名
合計5名のパフォーマンス管理および評価
組織・業務プロセスの設計と導入支援
事業計画の立案と実行
本社（日本）や社内アカウントマネージャーとの連携強化
JCC、DUJAT等のイベント参加／ネットワーキング
新規サービスや案件機会の創出
経営管理／事業戦略／マーケティング／経営企画の実務経験：5年以上
（コンサル会社、事業会社いずれも可）5名以上の組織またはプロジェクトのマネジメント経験：5年以上
高いコミュニケーション力・ステークホルダー調整力
多面的に物事を捉え、臨機応変に動けるジェネラリスト型の思考
ソリューション営業（特にB2B IT営業）経験：3年以上
AI／セキュリティ／ITサービス領域への理解
欧州でのBD経験、マルチカルチャー環境での業務経験
