Job Description
Responsibilities（業務内容）
1. 総務・秘書業務
• オフィスの管理・運営サポート
• 名刺の発注、フライト・新幹線の手配、各種日程調整
• デバイス管理（携帯電話、PC、モニター等）
• 他スタッフへのサポート業務全般
2. 会計業務のサポート（Family Office 関連）
• 会計・経理業務に関するサポート業務
（実務は外部／専門家が対応し、補助的な役割が中心です）
3. 人事関連業務
• 有給休暇の管理
• ビザの申請および更新手続きのサポート
4. IR 業務のサポート
• IR関連資料作成や情報整理などのサポート業務
• Excel を使用した基本的な業務ができる方
• 業務内容やスケジュールに対し、柔軟に対応できる方
• 新しい業務や環境に対して、前向きに取り組める方
