- 報酬戦略や福利厚生プログラムのガバナンス
- 市場調査（Mercer / WTW / Radford 等）と給与ベンチマーク運用
- HRBP / Finance / Global TR との連携、ステークホルダー調整
- TR チームメンバーの育成・プロジェクトリード
