臨床試験プロジェクトの進行管理を担当し、複数部門をリードしながら円滑な試験運営を実現する役割です。計画策定から実行、進捗管理、リスク対応まで一連のPM業務を主軸として、プロジェクト成功に貢献していただきます。

職務内容
- プロジェクト計画の立案（スケジュール、予算、体制構築 など）
- 複数部署・外部パートナーとの連携を含むプロジェクト推進
- 業務進捗のモニタリング、課題やリスクの把握・対応策の策定
- ステークホルダーへの進捗報告や調整業務
- マネジメント向けのレポート作成および会議への参加
